As with many things right now, we need to adjust the topic of conversation next Wednesday, October 29. Kim Murphy will present on converting into a purpose driven approach as you transition careers, and we’ll reschedule the “Reset and Recalibrate” discussion for another time.
Our new conversation is “Your Message Matters: A Purpose-Driven Approach to Career Transition”. Kim will guide us through a conversation on navigating career transitions, particularly how discovering/defining/ articulating your purpose can guide your career direction and differentiate you in a competitive market. Together, we’ll go through how to translate experiences to meet qualifications an employer is looking for, learn to draft compelling results-oriented accomplishments, evolve the accomplishments into short stories for interviews, and build a professional community to create a wider network of support.
